With the Carborg Project, we share electric drive technology with our partners, so that they – engineers and mechanics like us who work on classic cars – can transform their customers’ vehicles with their own hands. Of course, we know that every car (and every customer) is different, so we do not offer a uniform solution. At the beginning of our work together, we will clarify what kind of a car you are planning to convert, and exactly what technical requirements and wishes you and your customer have. Based on these, we will develop a personalised plan.
With our uniquely developed technology, you can convert not “just” Minis, but virtually any classic car to an electric car. We deliver a ready-made solution with our basic package, but we can do even more! What makes our system great is its modular structure, which allows us to implement a whole range of customised solutions and needs.
We will accompany you from the beginning to the end of the project, i.e. from design to installation to test drive. We are satisfied when the end result exceeds not only your expectations, but also your wildest dreams, and your customer is amazed by your work!
We need a car in good condition that can be converted.
It is important that all components of the car that we are converting are stable and reliable. Especially those that will not be modified during the project! We can only start work if the brakes, running gear, steering gear and bodywork are in good condition
We design the project based on your ideas.
We will ask you for all the information about the car and the conversion you want. We clarify the needs, possible specific functions and determine the voltage level of the system. We will draw up a precise list of the parts you need from us and prepare a quotation.

If this is the first time we are working together, we will install the parts together!
We teach our new partners in a free 5-day training course how to use the technology.
We convert and assemble your car in our workshop, together. This way we can show you all the steps, all the tricks, so you can take on future projects on your own.
In this case, we won’t send you the parts and you’ll go home with a car ready to test – so you will skip points 2 and 4, and go to 4.

. We deliver the parts we provide
We supply you with market-leading parts from the best manufacturers, but we give you the option to source some parts from other sources. Once you accept our quote, we will send you the final package of parts. Delivery can take from 1-2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the distance.

In your workshop, you and your team carry out the conversion and assembly of the car.
The installation begins! To install our system, you and your colleagues should first make some changes to the car, then install the batteries, the main components and finally the drive unit. Once programming is complete, it’s time for testing. We will help you all along!

The newly reborn car leaves the workshop, and the testing and verification phase begins.
With four to five charging cycles and at least 500 km of driving, you can check the full operation of the vehicle, try out and test all functions – while the control unit learns the characteristics of the battery. We will help you correct any errors that may occur and provide you with useful advice.

You deliver the electrically powered classic car to your customer.
You can finally hand over the converted, electrically powered and thoroughly tested car to your customer! We would be grateful if you could tell us about the beaming faces, the first test drive and the driver’s joyful battle cries.
